Directions
1) Preheat the oven 400 degees and line a baking sheet with parchement paper.
2)Add the sausage to a pan. Cook meat until it is slightly browned
3) Add the mushroom an garlic to the sausage until they soften and garlic is fragrant. About 5 minutes
4)Add the spinach and cream cheese to the pa until the cream cheese is melted.
5) fill each cup with the mixtue
6) Optional- add cheese to the top before baking
7) Bake for 5 minutes or until they are lightly browned.
