Ingredients

1×

1/4 cup Pumpkin puree

3 tablespoons Flour (or substitute)

2 tablespoons Sugar (or substitute)

1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin spice

1 egg Egg

2 tablespoons Whipped cream (or substitute)

Make cake mix. In microwave-safe mug, whisk together pumpkin puree, flour, sugar, egg, and pumpkin spice
Microwave on high for 2 minutes
Let cool and top with whipped cream, if desired. Optional - add a sprinkle of pumpkin spice on top of whipped cream
